Q: Do you service my area?
A: Please refer below under “Areas Serviced” to find areas we service.
Q: Do you require an initial deposit when booking
A: Yes, we require a $20 deposit (that is NON-REFUNDABLE) at the time of booking in order to be put on the schedule. However, the $20 deposit will come off your total.
Q: Do you have a shop or physical location?
A: We do have a drop-off only and pick-up location that is by appointment only. (This location is not open to the public) Our detailing services are fully mobile.
Q: Are you mobile?
A: Yes, we have a mobile division that comes to your doorstep in and around Nashville.
Q: Will you need access to my hook-ups?
A: No, but we will ask if we will have access to water and electricity hookups so we can plan accordingly.
Q: What is your max radius for your mobile division services?
A: Our max radius that we will service with our mobile division is up to 45 minutes away from Mount Juliet, TN.
Q: Do I need to be present for the detail?
A: No, we do not require you to be present for the detail service. All that we ask is to leave us access to your keys.
A: No, you are not require to leave a tip by any means. It does help out benefit technicians as they do put a lot of effort and time into your vehicle to get it looking its best but we do not require it (if you do not wish to leave a tip, simply press “custom tip” before completing invoice. Tips can be cash or card (our techs get 100% of their tips).
Q: Am I required to leave a tip?
